David Bergman's 1,474-Megapixel shot of the inauguration is pretty amazing, but as I was browsing through the crowd I found something fishy. This guy's head appears to just disappear, and wth is coming out of his head?? Camera trickery? Maybe, but I couldn't find any other weirdness, but maybe that's because I'm not trying hard enough.

Most of the people on the Mall watched the inauguration on giant jumbotron TV's (since you had to be very close to the Capitol to see the actual action). Here's one of the technicians who kept them up and running.
