KONICA MINOLTA DYNAX 5D
After a few years of inaction, I installed a new Li-ion NP-400 battery in my 2005 Konica Minolta DSLR Dynax 5D to replace the dead original one, and I did a small series of pictures with the two KM zoom lenses to re-evaluate the small Sony 6 MP CCD (still not a CMOS) sensor and optics.
The KM Dynax 5D was the latest DSLR body released by Konica Minolta before to be sold to SONY Corp.
Processing of the native RAW files using Lightroom/Luminar 2018.
Genay, Rhône, France.

“Iron rusts from disuse; water loses its purity from stagnation ... even so does inaction sap the vigour of the mind.”
~ Leonardo da Vinci

This article discusses our inaction on easy environmental initiatives, using clothesline regulations as an example. From Toronto Star, November 2007.
As the title suggests it has been a day of glorious inaction, at least as far as the outside world has been concerned.
I did spend a lot of time reading my latest book, "Wilding", which I am finding hard to put down despite it being a factual book and not a thriller in the conventional sense.
I also finished off our UK tax returns, and spent some time baking these sourdough scones. Bread is my specialty, and I think these scones show that I'm not used to baking such things. However, they are edible and I realise some of the places where I went wrong, so I'll try again in a week or so and see if I can do better.
We also spent some time planning our Canada trip and doing some more immediate planning for meeting up with people this week.
Oh yes, it was Day 2 of "30 days of yoga" with Adriene so I started the day with that.
Hmmm.... I actually seem to have done quite a bit today!
