This would have been a lot quicker to have actually just made this out of black foam to begin with. XP

One side painted, one side in "natural" state. Pivots/posable.

Never mind who they're going to be for...

For now... ^_-

Also, ignore the boobs. They have nothing to do with this, really.

It's summer here but I am in full knitting mode. This is a cushion that I have been meaning to make for ages.

Here it is being sewn to the denim backing.

working on migrating some of my painting/collage sketches into print world... also playing with linocuts for the first time in ages, inspired by another artist I know who has been doing a lot of them of late. So far, I am loving the simplification and additional texture these new prints have. This is turning into an interesting experiment.

They're all sewn up, now I'm deciding colours for noses, eyelids and dots. :)

at least my stitching's getting better :)

I'm managing to make some really accurately shaped (to the toy) pseudo-spikes. Kinda wasn't expecting foamies to work for this, actually.

proof that I was working on -something- when up in Canada. I remade Lloyd completely. Again. Here's the belt made of "elephant skin" that was also the appliqué and sides for his tunic, with over-sized suede piping...all of this will be painted and glossed to match the belt circle and cape armor afterwards.

I have created a new account so I don't bore people with my documentary photos of life in the sweatshop.

Tarot card is the Wheel of Fortune from the Shadowscapes deck. It's a very significant card for me. My colors won't be identical to the card as yellow won't show up too well on my olive skin.

I think I need to let it be for a while so I can come back to it fresh.

This is a work in progress that will be auctioned off.
