The view of the line waiting outside from inside an in-demand restaurant in the French Quarter. Our good friends, whom we met there, knew of several good, in-demand, but not exorbitantly-priced restaurants in New Orleans, and steered us toward them. This was the view of the line waiting outside from inside one of them. And while the restaurants were very good, we were trying to figure out what these restaurants had done to become "wait-in-a-long-line-worthy."
