No, I refuse to pay for cable TV. I also don't care to pay extra for InDemand/Tivo/Netflix accounts.
Truth is, I don't sit down much for TV. I like shows, but if I miss them I don't loose much sleep. I don't have to be in the know.
I do have shows I like to watch, but I'd rather pick one of those days that I'm mostly ahead in my responsibilities, sit down and watch several episodes in a day. I hate commercials, what can I say?
I also don't have 'official' equipment. My masterbedroom equipment either needs a better 802.11N card or a wired connection... it drops off the face of my home domain. Yes... home domain. I know: I am geek.
Sorry, but it pays the bills and there is no use in denying what I am... despite the fact my own equipment is in bad shape much in the same that the best mechanic has the worst running car. I know how to make my sh*t last longer than it should.
