”Trust that little voice in your head that says ‘Wouldn't it be interesting if...’ , And then do it.”
~ Duane Michals
Without dreams, we can’t achieve anything, or at least, it won’t be as we desired, dreaming and imagining is a very important part of our lives that make us work hard to get our goals and motivate us to think in better ways, as we say “how would it be if we did that...”.
And somehow, it makes our minds and thinking more matured, it becomes then a part of our reality, and you’re not going to lose anything or waste your time in imaging, if you didn’t get what you dreamed about... at least you had fun that is good enough to write a fantasy story !!! :))
Now this is not a real reflection, as there isn’t any water space around me, so I played a little with Photoshop to make artificial one... I was thinking “what if I made a reflected photo, just flip it and add some effects ???.... Ok, lets see !!!” .... I know it looks crazy, but I liked it anyway :)
I don’t know why I thought about Nader when I was working on it !!! :))
So, I would like to dedicate it to you my dear Nader, hope you like it :D
Check his Awesome Photostream, he’s only 17-year old Genius !!! :D

I took a few shots of various items in the house that I had to hand and tried out various lighting set ups, I was quite please with how this turned out and then enjoyed editing it in Lightroom, then adding the the final edits in Elements :-)
Hopefully I will manage to get outside during daylight hours to get a shot one day soon, I am quickly running out of ideas for indoor props. Always a good excuse to buy some fresh flowers, as if I need one!
Tasman Glacier, New Zealand.
This was a memorable and amazing up close encounter with New Zealand’s largest glacier, an incredibly dynamic natural environment, the glacier and icebergs are always on the move, melting and rolling. The boat passed so close to the icebergs and I could touch them.
This was a very fresh ice, picking from the icebergs, really tasted fresh@
When I see this photo, I am too surprised to notice the reflections on the ice, you can use your imagination to see what is it.
Here are some informations about Tasman Glacier:
The Tasman Glacier is the largest of several glaciers which flow south and east towards the Mackenzie Basin from the Southern Alps in New Zealand's South Island. It is 29 kilometres long and as much as 4 kilometres wide, and is entirely within the borders of Aoraki/Mount Cook National Park. The depth at its most is 600 meters.
The Tasman flows south from the southern slopes of the Minarets peak, along the eastern flank of Aoraki/Mount Cook, the peak of which is only five km from the glacier. It is almost met partway along its length by the meltwater of the Murchison Glacier, which approaches from the northeast before turning to flow beside the Tasman Glacier outside the moraine wall.
The waters from both these glaciers pool at the end of the glacier in Lake Tasman, before flowing south to join the outflow from the nearby Hooker and Mueller Glaciers in the wide valley of the Tasman River, whose braided streams flow south into Lake Pukaki. They eventually flow into the Waitaki River and to the Pacific Ocean north of Oamaru.

I don't know what to say other than this may be ispired by Lissy Elle.
I bought a new remote because the old one decided to not work. Also, I got published in a magazine for my photography with four of my pictures. This is exciting!
The imagination of a six year old for his Dinosaur restaurant...he listed his favourite food saying the dinosaurs will like them too..he has a fascination with dinosaurs, names them like I name Manchester city players..leave them to it I say, he'll soon realise there is a tough world out there...he's even drawn the pizza and fish fingers...
With a little bit of imagination running wild you'll find nature full of weird and wonderful creatures. `From the very scary ones to the cute. O)h, and a Wampa growing on a tree!
Calvin and Hobbes has a special place in my heart. As an immigrant to Canada I didn't speak English (some can I argue I still can't), and reading was always a problem. Calvin and Hobbes was the first 'book' that I actually read and wanted to read - sure it's a comic strip, but there were a lot of text and my parents actually got me the various collections to spur my reading skills...
So when I saw Blake's jaw dropping build, I knew I wanted in.
Plus I already built the sled :P
Thanks Mr Watterson, this one's for you.

"Every child is born blessed with a vivid imagination. But just as a muscle grows flabby with disuse, so the bright imagination of a child pales in later years if he ceases to exercise it."
- Walt Disney
__________
have you ever in life been told to be too old for something? or that you've outgrown that stage when you're watching kids' tv shows? I have. many, many times. and I refuse to agree with people. I think there is no such point in life when kids should be turned into adults, letting go of what they love and changing who they are just because they've reached a certain age. society tells us too much anyways when to grow up, when to no longer watch Disney movies, and when to say good bye to your childish self. to me, growing up is about getting to know how to be responsible about what you're doing, to learn how to handle things yourself. but it doesn't go hand in hand with forgetting about imagination, childhood memories, and just being a child from time to time. I will never in my life stop watching Disney movies, and I will continue drinking hot chocolate out of my 101 Dalmatians mug with a straw, nobody will ever keep me from having fun in bouncing castles, and I will forever laugh about whatever cherishes my mind - I will never say good bye to my inner child, no matter what age I'll turn.
the concept above goes to me so well with growing up and being torn between childhood and the time when we are told to take on responsibilities instead of finding ourselves still in imaginary worlds. we find ourselves being pulled out of that worlds, only few decide to hold on to what they should later think about their most carefree and happiest times of their lives. this is actually the first concept I've been happy with in a long, long time. and yes, it may be grainy and the processing is far from being perfect, but I love it. and to me it brings across exactly what I wanted to say with it.

every time I decide to use groups I get nervous, first , because fave links are slow or mostly difficult to catch immediately, I use personal lapcomputers and Explorer, maybe that's the reason ? then because I have to use the old groups not to incur in that beta ridiculous praxis to scroll down maybe hundreds of comments in order to put mine, I just wonder who was " intelligent "
enough to invent this unnerving practice ! he , she or they probably don't put his , her, their pictures on Flickr and have no problems with fingers after hours of scrolling up and down ! I just wonder if these new and " intelligent " rules have been made by a photographer or by an idiotic burocrat or a whole team of idiots
