For Flickr Artist Trading Card group "Image Transfer" swap. This is a packing tape transfer using Elizabeth Taylor's image. The "Love" is actually a separate image transfer -- I layered that word with Liz's face. The butterfly wings came from a vellum greeting card envelope -- terrific salvage, eh?
That little heart is torn paper from scraps, and there are layers of white vellum on this one, too.
This is a nicho altar with images from Gothic Stained Glass Windows which have been transferred onto polymer clay with Lynda Moseley's image transfer technique.
The sides have images of King David, and the front is an image that I reversed the colors on to get the nice turquoise hues.
This is my entry into the PCAGOE September challenge. Thank you to Piddix on Etsy for your digital collage sheets!

For Flickr Artist Trading Cards group "Image Transfer" swap. I used a packing tape transfer layered over bits from a 1922 dairy delivery receipt, metallic orgami paper, vellum, some rub on transfers, a butterfly from an antique encyclopedia and some commercial stickers.
These image transfers are really addictive. You put a picture with the ink side to the sticky side of a strip of clear packing tape. Rub the paper so it is firmly connected to the tape. Soak it in water for a while, then carefully peel or gently rub the paper off the tape. It works with magazine pictures -- especially bold ones -- and with computer print outs. I've tried with a couple book pages, too -- mixed results...

My entry in the PCAGOE December challenge. I saw the word that way years ago on a Christmas card, and it had to use it! The focal is an image transferred onto glittery white polymer clay, and covered in epoxy resin. The bail is an old earring, and there are 4 round beads with image transfers of holly (also covered in resin), and some assorted glass and gemstone beads, and finally bronzey chain with a handmade hook clasp.
