Vorgestern zeigte sich der Mond hinter leichten Schleierwolken. Als ich das Foto machte habe ich mich zuerst geärgert, dass mir der Vogel durchs Bild geflogen ist. Bei der Bildbearbeitung wurden auch die Federn sichtbar, die er verloren hat. In der Gesantbetrachtung habe ich dann gedacht: "Kannmer so lassen". 😀
The day before yesterday the moon appeared behind light veil clouds. When I took the picture, I was initially annoyed that the bird flew through the picture. The feathers that he lost were also visible during image processing. In the overall view, I then thought: "you can leave it like that". 😀

NGC 6960 which is commonly known as the Veil Nebula or The Witch’s Broom is the western half of the Cygnus Loop. This is a large supernova remnant in the constellation of Cygnus.

A Ha-OIII-RGB composite of Messier 78 (NGC 2068) is my first attempt at this deep sky object and this type of post-processing. It was imaged in the northern hemisphere in my yard.
M78 is the brightest diffuse reflection nebula of a group of nebulae that includes NGC 2064, NGC 2067 and NGC 2071. This group belongs to the Orion B molecular cloud complex and is about 1,350 light-years distant from Earth.

The Pinwheel Galaxy M101 NGC 5457 is a face-on spiral galaxy 21 million light-years away from Earth in the constellation Ursa Major. A new supernova (SN 2023ixf) was just discovered in M101 (starburst). This image was taken from my backyard with my Celestron Edge HD 9.25 telescope.
This is a composite image of two of my earlier photos. I used a number of iPhone apps to process these on my iPhone including Afterlight 2 and PIP
