The interior is all very typically grand in the high baroque style with pillers and pilasters, statues and stone inlays, and gold and stucco on the ceiling. Of many, many details in the palace, I chose this Greco-Roman goddess because she looks like she is holding a distaff, which made me think of my many fiber-arts friends back home. I don't know which goddess she is supposed to be though. I should probably take a level in Classics one of these days.

The interior of Castle Drogo.This 20th century Castle is under going extensive restoration and conservation work by the National Trust in an attempt to save it. The Castle is still open to the public while work is in progress

Comisión Gobierno Interior.
1) Analizar la agenda legislativa que impulsará el Ejecutivo en los próximos meses; sin perjuicio de conocer su opinión respecto del proyecto de ley, de origen en mensaje del ex Presidente de la República Sebastián Piñera, que modifica diversos cuerpos legales con el objeto de fortalecer la integridad pública, probidad y transparencia en las municipalidades (boletín °14.839-06);
2) Tomar conocimiento de los motivos de la decisión del Ejecutivo para retirar del trámite de toma de razón ante la Contraloría General de la República el decreto supremo N°33, de 2022, que fija las 13 subcategorías migratorias.
3) Recabar antecedentes sobre la situación que se vive en la zona limítrofe del norte del país, especialmente en las áreas más afectadas por la crisis migratoria, y las medidas de control fronterizo que se han adoptado para regularizar el flujo de migrantes.
4) Iniciar la discusión general del proyecto de ley, de origen en moción de la diputada señora Joanna Pérez, de la exdiputada señora Maya Fernández, y de los exdiputados señores Manuel Monsalve y Gastón Saavedra, que interpreta la ley Nº 5.248 en materia de integración de la Comisión Administrativa del Parque Pedro del Río Zañartu o Parque Fundo Hualpén (Boletín Nº 14.834-06).
