Interior view of St. Joseph Catholic Church at 105 N. Oak St. in Damar, Kansas. It was built in 1912-1917 out of native limestone. The structure replaced a wood frame building. The current building was designed by architect Henry W. Brinkman of Emporia and Frank K. Rothengerger of Osborne was the builder. St. Joseph Catholic parish is in the Diocese of Salina.

Interior of a British mark 1 coach, originally third class. This one dates from around 1960, with fluorescent lighting and plastic laminate panelling. This one was in service in the 1990s. Vastly more comfortable than the latest types.
