In certain Walmart stores in the North Country, they use Walmart spec'd Instore shopping carts, which look a lot like the TB #6940. Unlike their Canadian counterparts, these lack the extra sleeves on the handle and embossing on the side, and the child seat bears a standard ASTM-2372 warning label.

Cart was manufactured by Instore Products, yet this cart does not match any on their website. However, it reads "INSTORE" on the bottom.
UPDATE: These were replaced with R.W. Rogers distributed plastic carts in the store's 2023 remodel.

The second instore of Groningen is located in the same building as the Nederlands Stripmuseum which is better be translated in the Dutch Comic Museum rather than a Strip Museum. Next to crowd-pullers like Media Markt, Toys 'R' Us and Intersport XL.
