被掩埋的燈

已經喪失生為一盞燈的意義

Isn't that what a boat out of water would feel like?

This photo series is my entry in the Flickr-Raleigh Social Group's Summer Project. It won Best in Show. My theme was the patterns in our lives, and the photos were presented in a scrapbook, highlighted by text I wrote to express the theme. To get the full effect, start at photo 1 of 7 and read the text below this paragraph, which is repeated for each shot in the series. Note: I came up with the idea when I was upset over a disappointment in my own life that put me in a bad mood. I got over it, of course. :)

The view from my church window. Haiti's free but imprisoned by voodoo and superstitions. I was in a church but looking out at the non-churched land.
