I rode into Dearborn on June 18, 2010 with a friend who was registering his 1969 Cadillac Eldorado for the Motor Muster at Greenfield Village on Father's Day weekend. While he was registering I photographed a number of the classic cars that were parked while their owners registered them for the show.
This Eldorado is an absolute gem.

Surrounded by inquisitive cattle as we walk along the footpath that lead from Meese Brook to Norton Bridge, as BREL 1988 Crewe built class 90 locomotive 90002 "Mission Impossible" heads north with a rake of Intercity liveried MK2 stock.
90002 was the first class 90 to be painted in the then new Virgin Trains livery in March 1997, Virgin Trains operated the InterCity West Coast franchise from 9th March 1997 to the 7th December 2019.

And my heart is broken
All my scars are open
Tell them what I hoped would be

This Lana Elyse doing what I call "impossible boudoir" in that I'm only going to let the light fall exactly where I think it should be falling, nowhere else, leaving her clothed in darkness.
Lightpainting details: 41 second exposure, with all of the light coming from two homemade gen3piano light painting boards.

Cara Marialuisa,
...chiedo molto?...:)
Un caro saluto

I love the yellow trim. It's a little garish against the white siding but it's a nice antidote to all the blah house colors in Seattle. There was a white picket fence I tried to incorporate into a frame somehow but the 35 mm I was using tied me into knots for all the pictures I wanted to make on this walk.
Even on a cloudy and all-around gray day, a walk in the woods soothes the soul. I headed out along the edge of a river for a while. It was quiet and the water was rushing by as if it had somewhere to go. As I have said so many times before, color is hard to find on these monochromatic days. But not impossible!
I cant believe what I’m seeing here its all complete absolutely incredible! You really cant get any more lucky than this the most brittle Ford ever made all complete and perfect as a hidden find!
Great quote.
