camped at Deadlun the first night then dunked in Hunt Hot Springs in the morning. then camped at Algoma the second night and rode the McCloud River trail the following morning.

The first shot with my old 620 camera using 120 film. The lens turned out to be dirty after all and gave the picture that "old-timey" look. Which I was hoping wouldn't happen. Oh, well.

The Nikon FE2 features a lever that you can hold while advancing the film so that the film is not actually advanced, thus allowing for double exposures. This is my first experiment with it. Taken in State College, PA.

This wasn't taken specifically for my photo class, but it ended up coming in handy, as we had an assignment to do diffused side lighting. I already had this negative sitting around, so it was just a matter of printing it.
This is the first print I've done in the class that wasn't screaming contrast all the way. It had a moody tone to it, and I wanted it to be more subtle. So I borrowed some Ilford Lustre paper or something like that, non-glossy anyway, and made the print. The shot isn't sharp - I think I bobbled the camera and didn't bother to take another. But it suits the mood. Moody bananas.
