Argus Day 2020, Thursday, Argust 20, 2020
Looks as if all these reflections of sunlight on the water overwhelmed the poor old Cintar lens. Argus-typically, the contrast is nice.

... the road snakes
through the mountainous country
from arequipa to chivay, perú,
up over a 16,000 foot pass.
along the way,
you will find a stone building
with a tin roof
that chatters in the wind,
and you can drink coca tea,
strictly for the altitude,
you must understand.
outside the building in the swirling dirt,
beneath an unforgiving sun,
suspicious women gather
to sell their wares.

Argus test with slow black & white film
Contrast is good, sharpness as mushy as ever, so one should not pay attention to the sharpness (which nobody would have seen on the tiny prints of the time)
