Bus stop.
.
It is truly amazing where you are able to find bus stops in Switzerland. The public transport network is exemplary and has allowed us to get to so many wonderful places in the country without having to own or rent a car. While we decided to hike back to Elm, this bus stop does mark the end of the line of our adventure and this photo series.
Many thanks to everyone who has taken the time to read these posts, comment or even just considered these photos at length. I've really enjoyed sharing them with you all.

Two days ago I printed this image and put it in a frame I had of appropriate size, and it looks really good, properly presented. I have a spare copy of the print and I would like to offer it to someone. If any of you who follow my work is interested in an 8'5" X 12" print of this photograph, please comment below (or use the Flickr email) and I will put your name in a draw for the print.
Because it is now very expensive to ship a print in a shipping tube outside the USA, I'm going to have to limit this offer to US folks only, Sorry 'bout that.

I’ll be sharing a few photos from my second attempt at home development. I have to say, I’m really happy with this roll… maybe it’s because of the lower ISO, but I ended up with much finer grain and a generally cleaner image. It might also have something to do with the fact that I agitated a lot less compared to last time.

For a change no hikes during the weekend, decided to stay at home and trying to relax a bit
So time for a few older photos.
A few weeks ago as usual during the weekend, we went for a hike again while the weather would still be reasonable.
The weather was actually nice, not very sunny but some friendly clouds and it stayed dry.
We decided to revisit a trail we followed a while ago.
This trail is called Wolvenspoor, it may only be 5 km but there is a lot to see.
One of our Canon Eos 3 cameras was used again as we do almost every time.
Loaded the camera this time with some expired Ilford HP5plus 400 (Expiry date 06-2014)
Developing is as always done with our Caffenol recipe, Caffenol-C-L at 21c and stand developing for 55 minutes this time
This older HP5plus does still deliver some nice bit grainy results.
With the sun.
Looking back over our shoulders from where we came, Elm appears tiny below the sweep of the mountains. It was hard to believe we were there just a couple hours previous.
Now as I look at this image and think back on the hike, some encouraging words come to mind.
"Take the time occasionally to look back at where you came from and appreciate just how far you've come."
Sometimes it's far too easy for us to overlook our accomplishments.
Have a fantastic day.
