Many thanks for your visit, comments, invites and faves...it is always appreciated..
Happy Saturday
...never ignore a human being,
who loves you and cares about you.
I care about you. Because one
You'll find out by the end of the day,
that you've seen the moon
while you were
you counted the stars.

Ignoriere...
...niemals einen Menschen,
der dich liebt und sich um
dich sorgt. Denn eines
Tages wirst du merken,
dass du den Mond
verloren hast, während du
die Sterne gezählt hast.

⭐️Thank you in Advance for your kind ‘Faves’ Visits and Comments they are so very much appreciated. 👍
I cannot always ‘Thank’ everyone individually, for their Visits and ‘Faves’ however, I will always try to respond and thank all those that leave a ‘Comment’. If I do not reply to your 'Comment', it is not because I am ignoring you, it's because I have not seen the 'Comment'.
Your 'Comments' do not always appear in 'Notifications' or Flickr mail, so, I am sorry for any delay in responding. Often your 'Comment' is only spotted 'On the Page' on the day, that I see it. (seen ONLY when replying to someone HAS 'Commented' on the image, and I see a notification)
On Sunday 23 October, the northern lights were once again visible in Trondheim. It seems like it's a lot more frequent than before, but maybe that's just me paying more attention. I was sitting at home and received a message from my son that someone had posted pictures of the northern lights on Facebook. I packed my things and this time I went to the central city. There is a walkway along the fjord and although there are roads and even the central station in the same area, the lights of the city are behind your back when you look out over the fjord.
Little by little, as the eyes get used to the darkness, the northern lights emerge more and more. I got there a little before 11:30pm and took quite a few photos as the northern lights grew fainter and fainter until it was completely gone at 00:30.
Even so close to the city, you can have an almost magical experience with the northern lights. Maybe you won't get to see the Aurora Borealis, but I would recommend everyone to look away and ignore the city lights once in a while.
I have no idea what this cute little nuthatch found, it looks like a seed, but it seems to taste good. Do you see his little tongue ? To kneel.
Balance is usually very important to me when choosing the subjects I post. But in the last few days and weeks I have taken so many photos of flowers and birds that I like so much that I have to ignore this rule for a short time. So these two motifs will now receive a little more attention. I hope that's ok for you. And I can promise one thing to everyone who misses the landscape shots. In this regard, I still have a few things planned for this year.

There are a few trees in the lower foothills that still aren't convinced that spring will soon be upon us, despite evidence that shows otherwise. Still, I love these scraggly oaks and accept them any way they choose to represent themselves. Truth be known, I love them most when they are devoid of leaves and showing their contorted physiques to the world.

Ignoring lockdown and global pandemics, it should actually be quite easy to capture sunrise almost every morning during winter months. Except, it is freezing and really hard to leave the comfort of your warm bed. However, once the clocks turn back in March (Spring), there is a small window of time when it is still possible to get to London early enough (using public transport) to capture the sunrise. That time is now. And I finally managed to get up early enough to do it (4.30am). And it is worth it. Every time. Even if there isn't a dramatic pink sunrise (like this morning), the calmness, the beauty, the early morning bird songs... It is all gorgeous. It has been so long since i have done this - I had forgotten how rewarding it can be. So much, not even the cold of winter is an excuse... just dress accordingly.
I hope you are keeping safe and warm wherever you are.
Can you see them
The ones to the right
Sigh
There is Love everywhere
You just need to be a bit observant
Crawl a bit on the ground
Ignore the wet grass
And not to mention the mud
It's always wet and sticky
Not to be embarrased if someone sees you
Just lay still and pretend this is the most normal thing to do
Happy shooting
Getting a thrill
Holding hands is a way to spread love
You will feel supported
Safe
Loved
And you will spread this love to those who sees you
You will soften their heart
Letting them get another focus in a few seconds
Giving them a memory they will cherish without them even knowing they do that
Mother Nature is sprading love in many ways
I've seen her holding hands often
That's why I love hiking in my forest
Breathing in Mother Natures love
That is actually what I'm doing when I'm out hiking
So, the secret is out
lol

Sometimes there are sign you can't ignore...
Have a great and delightful weekend ahead, my friends! :-)
„Never ignore someone who loves you, who misses you and who cares for you, because one day you’ll notice that you lost the moon while you were reaching for the stars.“
This quote above speaks so much to me, especially after all what happened the last months. I did everything for a special person, listened to her problems for hours, talked about her situation to find possible solutions, tried to find ways to make her smile such that she forgets about her problems for a moment, bolstered her up and much more. I basically spent all my remaining energy to help her, however, it now seems like none of these things meant anything to her. Like in the quote above, I felt like the moon who was always around giving her light, but as soon as some seemingly brighter star appeared, I wasn’t worth anything anymore…

Railroad crossing signs should never go ignored. There are so many times I've seen people trying to out run the trains and the end results end up tragic.

This image was a result of personal resistance to my own reluctance to journey out and capture some potential magical moments. I had just returned from a week-long photo project on the other side of the world, and was completely jet-lagged and exhausted.
In addition, I had just spent nine hours in a corporate environment that I really didn't care to be (and rarely ever wish to be). When I got home, I was completely drained. Still, the commute home and my observations of the sky and atmosphere were communicating that we could expect a very pleasant evening for photography in Seattle. (This is significant if you know how wet and rainy this particular Spring season has been this year, sans sunshine).
When the photographic senses start tingling, it is excruciatingly difficult to ignore them, even when I want to be wrapped around my blankets in bed.
Alas, I ignored my body's needs in exchange for my photography. Typically (and fortunately), I'm rarely disappointed upon making this type of decision. This image is the latest product from listening to my photographer's intuition. I am very happy with this one.
Sure enough, as soon as I got home, I slept, but only for a while. I instinctively woke up in the middle of the night, and began some post-processing so I wouldn't lose the remaining tingling sensations.

Beauty like this stands out. Let’s agree this beauty is to “Difficult To Ignore.” Nature doesn’t let us down. In turn we need to recognize and respect all aspects of nature. Plants, animals, fish or humans. It’s our world to take care of for the future generations. Gratitude and Kindness are always with us.
This Frog, walking around my garden, is ignoring the lockdown and is determined to get out and socialise, I, on the other hand am Staying Home/Staying Safe :-)
