El otro día estuve mirando a Iggy con detenimiento y la ví demasiados defectos, así que la he vuelto a customizar. Me daba un poco de penilla porque, a pesar de los defectos, me gustaba bastante. Pero he acabado muy contenta y este es el resultado
The owner of my favorite pet shop allowed me to bring my camera in today. It was fun and a bit of a challenge since the animals are all in cages and tanks.

With 300 mm you are quickly too close to your dog, but if I've got a shy dog in front of the camera it's good you can take that much distance and still get a great portrait. That shy doesn't count for Iggy ;)
I´m trying to interpret songs - songs that have been my mates for years and even decades, and it´s so hard to picture a songs soul... this is my first try. more from underground music/punk/new wave to follow.

I had the pleasure of doing a photo shoot yesterday at Sirius radio with Iggy Pop, who was interviewed by John Varvatos.

Ho trovato Iggy in una palude mentre andavo x funghi. Un bebé ferito al bordo del sentiero... così niente funghi e invece un gran giro di 3 ore in città prima di arrivare da un veterinario che fosse di servizio il sabato sera.
Ecco qui Iggy sulla mano del dottore, ho voluto fermare questo momento x il primo riccio della mia vita che mi ha commosso fino alle lacrime quando si è dovuto "addormentare" x sempre! Le sue ferite erano troppo gravi.
Spero che Iggy abbia passato le sue ultime 3 ore della sua breve vita senza troppa sofferenza, bello al caldo insieme a me! :)

It seems appropriate that I welcome the new year of 2008 with photos of the Stooges. This year should come in like a riot and introduce political change. We have to stop being complacent and demand out governments to be responsible for the lives of its own citizens and what they do in the world. We have to use energy wisely and stop so much wasting. We have to try to make a difference every day instead of letting out lives become a series of meaningless habits. We have to create when it seems like there is nothing. Let us be part of a revolution for change. Quiet is ugly and does not become us. Motion and action are our friends.
