There's a new squirrel in town and his name is Iggy. Squiggy hasn't been around for awhile...I sure hope she's o.k. Meanwhile, Iggy's pretty relaxed about me standing close by. When I took this picture I was standing right next to him on the back deck, taking pictures of an eagle in a nearby tree.
Iguanas are lazy and let you take all the photos you want.

I had the pleasure of doing a photo shoot years ago in 2009 at Sirius Radio with Iggy Pop, who was interviewed by John Varvatos.

I ended up photographing Riot Fest and the other photographer took Iggy Pop but I shot a little from the side as crowdsurfers fell into the photopit rammed into me. Anyways, this montage of photos from a distance still shows Iggy's personality in his body I hope. He has a very expressive sense of body language in my opinion.
Oh, and I also crossed one of my favorite bands off my bands to photograph before I die list...Jesus and Mary Chain!

“The Woods Are Lovely, Dark and Deep….”
This was the phrase that Iggy just could not get out of her head, even though she no longer was in the woods, but walking along the creaking floor in the hallway of a gloomy, deserted feeling, manor house.
She had gotten an Invite from Chatwick to meet up with him in the gardens by the house. But knowing his tricks, had decided to go in the empty house and sneak to an upstairs window to watch over the gardens from there, and get an upper hand on Sir Chatwick and his roguish games.
She stopped to shake her head, in an attempt to clear it of thoughts over silly poems in order to focus on the task at hand. She felt her long emeralds earrings swaying in and out of her hair as she did. Smiling to herself , Iggy knew full well that Chatwick would like nothing more than to take them, and her other jewels,from her, then make her play a game of cat and mouse to get them back.
Chatwick’s twin sister had filled her in on that aspect of his game plans for this evening.
Iggy’s plan was to turn the tables on Chatwick, steal his watch, wallet and ring. Then meet up with his twin, handing the loot over to her. She had game plans of her own for them…
Iggy smiles to herself, licking her lips…
It was then she heard the floor boards creaking behind her.
She froze, Ghost, or Chatwick?
Now with Christmas over and I am recovering from the 'flu', I'm trying to keep from going mad.
Iggy built a lab on my table and I'm not quite sure what he intends to do there.
Time will tell.

Skeletal reamins of an Iguanadon which were discovered on the Isle of Wight in 1976. It is known as 'Pink Iggy'; beacausse the ossil bones have a pink colouration due to the minerals in the rocks they were excavated from.

On this day in Zagreb, Croatia. I spent the afternoon at the Zoo, capturing some of the unique animals that one would see there. This is Iggy a Iguana about 3 feet long, as I waited a bit he turned his his head toward me and was able to get this awesome capture of Iggy the Iguana. Hope Y'all like it. There is a rumor making rounds about IG-88 and Bossk appearing in The Mandalorian. Rumors are rumors, obviously, but this sounds pretty solid.
With the new TV-shows on the horizon I was hoping for a chance to see stories with brand new characters, a clean slate. Regardless, I have to admit these gyus are pretty cool.
But, alas, I won't be seeing The Mandalorian next year. The word is that due to EU legislation, the streaming service won't be launching in Europe at the same time it does in the US. There is no estimate about the possible schedule.
