Was thinkin bout some Flickr friends today. At the gym I was running..."what I call, running" and I thought of Jordy workin his way up to 5 miles, I think?? At about .90 I had to power walk. It's all I had. But, I'm tryin!!! I walked than ran...back and forth for "awhile". It's hard to get your breathing down. But~I'm stickin to it and I just wanted to send a GOOD LUCK cheer out to Jordy~ Hope you reach your goal soon!
Another couple Flickr~ites gave me some good advice today. :) Made me excited for the next few weeks. I'm gonna do great things!

Sorry. Just couldn't resist this one. She always has to take a stick home, no matter how long the walk or how big the stick. This was half way up a long flight of steps from a beach at Thurstaston on the Wirral, to a visitor centre at the top. Not bad for a 14 year old (98 in human years!). Not sure what Sally is thinking but its got to be one of the above! We were exhausted. By the way - there is no way she is letting that tree trunk go!

This beautiful 'pup' was so fun to watch, and friendly, too. She would tear off ahead of her owner, stop, turn around and just wait for her master to get close. And you could just see those inner springs wind tight, then, repeat.
