I know this weeks theme is a reference to "The Hunger Games " opening this week. I have not read the book.
Hunger could be unpacked in so many ways. I chose the obvious and didn't look any farther then my own backyard.

Hunger is a third-person 3D action adventure game with stealth and exploration elements. A nine-year old girl named Six is kidnapped from her home and taken to work in The Maw – a surreal underwater resort catering to the whims of the powerful elite. When an unexpected twist of fate offers her a chance at freedom, Six takes a journey through the bizarre and unpredictable world of The Maw, and catches a glimpse at the corrupt heart of modern happiness.

This was one of the images I submitted to a photography contest in the form of a scavenger hunt. It was supposed to be in the style of Larry Gawel, who tries to capture feelings or emotions by purposefully keeping things out of focus and vague. It's really the mini-fridge that I keep in my office/cubicle-farm/grad-student graveyard.
