Bus Bench for Humans Only, new ads appearing on several bus benches throughout Los Angeles, Located on Charnock and Sepulveda. Photos taken on 07/07/2009.
My submission for biocup 2020! The theme is future for the first round. I believe humans will gradually upgrade their flesh into metal and machinery as we are unable to stave off climate change result in a much harser environment.
Normally I'd just leave my builds to be interpreted how they might be, but this one has a couple of ideas behind it.
The micro build is supposed to contrast the massive nature of the bomb, the white is supposed to represent order vs the opposite in the blast, the minifig statue has it's head buried in the ground and is inverted to symbolise egocentricity and chaos, the bomb is made up of minifigure accessories (and the statue) that are all human constructions, the dent in the environment represents the damaging nature of what we do.

Humans want to be Statues well they did get their chance for 1 Hr they became statues in their human shape and the status were walking around but this was only visible to some people how do i get out of this jacket the ambulance put on me help

Life in the fast lane is life in tubes. Machines moving humans - and this is the future. There is beauty within machines and I tried to bring it out here. These are escalators (elevators for my US friends) for taking passengers from the city rail metro station in Epping, Sydney to ground level upstairs.
Caution: Do not enter the station with camera gear with an intent to shoot the station or any of the Sydney trains property with a camera. Mobile photography is fine so shoot at will with your mobile phones and share to whichever corner of the world you want to, but DSLRs - they are security threats. This is the unique way of tackling security issues in this part of the world. Go figure!
As I walked down a street, I first noticed the garbage bags. Quickly, I made out a foot. In the midst of the trash lay a fellow human.

My photo for today is from our excursion to Ft. Ticonderoga, New York. For you history buffs, three countries-three wars-one fort. It stands above Lake Champlaign with a direct trade route to Canada.
Anyway, enough of that. :-) It was reenactment day and as I looked to my left I saw this perfect human still life set up. I snapped a picture with the lens I happened to have on (lensbaby-no surprise). They almost immediately dispersed when they saw me taking their picture.
