Some of my neighbors have decided to adopt the little stray black kitten who's been outside for a few weeks now, but they will leave him outdoors due to allergy issues. He can still come to visit Hugo, as he often seems to. They enjoy sitting side by side on the windowsill, one in, one out--so cute!
Hugo Urlacher was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is considered a very accomplished portrait painter.
During his career as a plastic artist, instead of focusing on art shows and exhibitions and depending on a middle person, he concentrated on commissioned works, while developing his own personal art.

A Mostra de Cinema Cidade em Movimento aconteceu no dia 20 de setembro de 2018, no INCITI – Pesquisa e Inovação para as Cidades. A exibição integrou o Cidade que Flui, movimento articulado de várias entidades para celebrar o Dia Mundial Sem Carro, e também o programa Casa Comunidades, do Fundo Socioambiental Casa.
