MNNR 42 and 44 gently run south through White Bear Lake after dropping off one lumber car for Hugo. I drove back from Arcola after gabbing L517 rolling over the high bridge, with it being a Sunday I figured getting a shot of the Hugo Job would be convenient. Fortunately on this day it had two locomotives, which looks real good, in my opinion. Also nice to shoot a depot that I doesn't have fences in the way.
Hugo only wants to be friends...
So, as it turns out, I'm not dead!
I recently moved, so my Lego collection was somewhat in disarray for a few weeks, but I've rectified that, and I'm back to building!
In other news, I've officially made plans to attend Brickfair Virginia at the end of this month, so I've been building on quite a few projects that are going to be revealed there!

Imaged during the British Wildlife Centre Photo Day, 16 April 2018, Hugo had been curled up in a spikey ball and was just uncurling. For a moment he appeared to be sniffing the flower :-).

This angle shows Hugo's heart detail and his braided rainbow tail. :P
This little amigurumi (5 inches tall) took about 10 hours to make!! Adding the rainbow mane was more time consuming than I thought it would be. @__@

Snooted 580s on each side of the swimming pool, bare 580 II for the backlight, all of them almost at ground level.
Yongnuo remotes (the swimming pool is 25 meters long).

Easy DIY used: the snoots are made out of Tetra Briks, black spray paint on the outside, black tape for the borders.
Canon 70-200 at 200mm, 1/250 at f/8, ISO 200.
Hugo Strange is my first custom printed minifigure. This recreation was made with my Hugos head and Fig-Nations Batman torso. Of all the photos I made for Hugo, I think this is my favorite one. Here's the picture I recreated, let me know what you think!

The Hugo Job makes its usual Sunday trek up the line and out to Hugo as it comes up to Old Dutch. I'm really liking this new scheme and how well it looks.

Zeche Hugo was an old Coal Mine. The small baskets u see were used by the miners to put their personal belongings in before entering the mine. Never saw a panoramo of this one, so I made one.
at "Hemmelsdorfer See", near Baltic Sea
I am so Sorry for the last week, which is the first wek, that I missed.
What can I say for my excuse? We did a short trip to the Baltic Sea and I tried to get a fantastic picture from Hugo at the Baltic Sea for my 52-weeks-stream. But what happend is, that I couldn't manage a "good enough for the stream"-picture and had to choise another one, what I took some days before in week 20.
As I had only my Ipad Mini with me and nothing else, I wasn't able to upload the picture to my stream. I hadn't tried this before and couldn't figure out, how it works.
Oh, this has been so dissappointing, I was sitting completely sad in the restaurant and tried to upload the picture the whole evening without success. Something didn't work right, how frustrating.
Now I have the first break in my stream, the thing, what I absolutely tried to avoid.
Okay, I look forward again and post very early in this week 21 my picture of Hugo. Hugo is sitting more or less in the middel of a wonderful old bridge, situated nearby the "Hemmelsdorfer See", just behind the coastline of the Baltic Sea.
We did a nice morning hike there, took two standard and one water dummy with us and had a good time together.
As we are in week seven now, it’s time to introduce Hugos buddy – an approximately eight weeks old yellow puppy, named „Gosig“.
The breeder of „Gosig“ – who is Ingvar Kamprad (think, you know him all)– told us via the puppy documents, that „Gosig“ is a Golden puppy. But we decided that „Gosig“ is a Labrador puppy, which is a special toy-breed that will not grow and keep small.

Have a nice weekend, we will start dummy training with friends right now, but under bad weather conditions, so I will leave the cam at home.
