Hugo is taking a - well deserved - rest on the first autumn day in 2013 on a hay bale.
Before the rest we spent a long time in the fields with dummy work. He improved so much in finding "complete blinds" - dummys, which he couldn't mark with his eyes while throwing. His endurance work made me very happy and let me feel so proud of him. He is now 16 months old and in perfect working condition.
The hay bales are great fun for him, he loves to jump on and off in a very crazy way so that it's very hard to get a posed shot of him.
I am so glad to be able going with the group again. School and Kindergarten will start in a few days and than everything becomes easier in my catastrophic time management.

Constructed in 1992 to replace the previous 1923 courthouse that had been built on unstable ground and began to shift and crack. The entryway to the 1923 courthouse was used in the same way for this 1992 edition.
News item on the filming of The Dressmaker in the Geelong Advertiser, 16 October 2014. the film, based on Rosalie Ham's novel, is to be directed by Jocelyn Moorhouse and will star Kate Winslet, Judy Davis, Liam Hemsworth and Hugo Weaving. The article notes that production was slated to begin in late October, 2014 at locations in and around Geelong.
Today has been our day!
I really made a lot of presentable nice pictures and now had the problem to decide: which one? (okay, better this way, than the other way around ;-))
The sun came out (first time in 2013!) and we went to the meadows and fields at river Rhine, like we do every day.
This is a very nice area, it’s calmful and lonesome. We go there out-of-way, so we can do our walk or training without being disturbed.
I decided to catch up the light pocket dummy for today, it’s really a pile of equipment what we need outdoor: Camera – Body and one (!) lense, treats of course. And 4 – 5 dummy, to bring them out one after the other to let him search them without haven’t marked were they are fallen. A normal „Standard“ dummy weights 500g, imagine the act, if you need 5 of them.
So, now after having done about 140 pictures, I chose this one for week 2 because it characterizes Hugo in a perfect way:
He is a very joyful worker, his will to please is immense distinctive.
And for me, it seems, that he retrieves all the time with a friendly smile on his face, regardless how many retrievals he has to do.
And this joyful work is captured in the photo. So it’s my 2/52.
