Also known as a popsicle stick that was sanded down on the edge.

I cut the first three bands on one side, and as soon as I had cut through the last bit of the innermost band, there was a great *crack* as the end split open between the staves. This should tell you what kind of pressure is being held together by the steel bands. At this point, I was very glad that I had screwed the bands to the staves.

Thread the covered button onto the needle, and then push the needle back through the front of the fabric. Remember to leave a 4" tail of thread on the wrong side of the headboard.

The strain relief locked in place.

Custom made from Red vinyl.

Step 0: Materials

Bamboo wooden dowels (the kind you use for shish kebabs), Circular mirrors of assorted sizes (one larger than the rest), Silver spray paint, Hot glue gun, and/or duct tape

Step 1: Spray paint the wooden dowels silver

Spray paint one side of the dowels, flip over, spray paint the other side, let dry.

Step 2: Hot glue & duct tape dowels to the back of the large mirror

This step is sort of hodge-podge. Just use whatever you have at hand to ensure that the dowels stick to the back of the mirror. I used mostly hot glue, reinforced with duct tape.

Step 3: Flip mirror over to the "right side" and attach smaller mirrors to dowels with hot glue

Step 4: Hang your new starburst mirror on the wall, you're done!

I like to secure my mirror with some double-sided tape on the back, and a wire nail at the bottom of the mirror.

Here the foam with holes is sandwiched between the two sides of aluminum foil glued to brown packing paper.

Stack all three layers on top of each other, with the right sides facing. Then sew around the rectangle with a 1/4" inseam. Snip all four corners off.

Pieces for the kayak trailer rack I'm making with the No Weld Trailer Rack System cut and ready.

Should be pretty self-explanatory, but feel free to ask questions.

I additionally secured the bows by adding a drop of fabric glue.

Step 4:

Glue together 10 circles to form a ring or open circle shape, attaching the folded flaps to one another to form the center section of the sphere.

I was demonstrating that when you take a picture of a chubby you have them turn so their (my) shoulders are not square with the camera. It worked. Now I see I should have been sitting on the floor and her taking the picture from above. ha! Double chin double chin.

Everyone should have a pair of furry leg warmers, of course. They can also double nicely as a pair of boot covers. I just whipped up a pair for Halloween.
