We like this duplex. Both sides are for sale. It's in a good location, and the price is good, but the owner is still doing some work on it.

Depsite the look I caught - he loves this house. This is the view from front porch. Houses directly accross are lower income but not that bad.

GHETTO duplex - accross. This is the one we cross our fingers and hope that it improves soon! Someone please buy it and tear off that ugly gate!
