We like this duplex. Both sides are for sale. It's in a good location, and the price is good, but the owner is still doing some work on it.

That jutting wall could be a porch, or it could just be a nifty room shape.

This is looking SE toward the west side of the house. The two windows on the left are into the sun room. The window in the middle is in the family room next to the fireplace. The bumpout is the fireplace.

Exterior. My plan is to fill in the swimming pool and use that as some outdoor patio space; it'll really open up the yard.

The range is a bit dead, but the niche would be perfect for a range cooker. The kitchen in HUGE. I kid you not!
