Location: Nuwara Eliya, highlands of Sri Lanka
The town of Nuwara Eliya is mostly famous for the tea production in Sri Lanka. Apart from the tea plantations; Horton Plains National Park, Gregory Lake, and Sita Temple are some of the popular places to see in the town
The specific name, stoddartii, is in honor of Charles Stoddart, who was a British army officer and diplomat. Only the male has enlarged long protruding "horn". The "horn" is female is kinda small.
Reproduction: C. stoddartii is oviparous. Egg laying takes place in July, and clutch size is about 2–5 eggs, each measuring 7.6-8.1 by 13.5–14.5 mm (.31 by .55 inch). The eggs are deposited in a hole, and hatch after 81–90 days.

Leavenworth, WA.
Leavenworth is a small town in Washington with an Alpine theme.
Everything in Leavenworth has been made to look like it belongs somewhere in the Alps. The Enziann Inn where I was staying features swiss horns players that every morning blow the horn in the breakfast room during the buffet.
Since somebody asked: I processed this as HDR from 3 exposures, and did nothing else to this image. No heavy photoshopping. The view from the windows is spectacular and real.

A BNSF empty coal train slithers through the curves west of Dutch Wyoming, through what is perhaps the quintessential Big Horn Subdivision location. The subdivision's namesake mountain range dominates the background on this gorgeous early Summer morning. In a short distance, the coal train, headed up by a clean SD70ACe, will head north on the Dutch Subdivision for loading.
Horn of Dagoth
A shot from this summer, a little diverse moment compared to my first release about this location, here after some heavy rains the haze and the mist were opening revealing the majestic peak enlighted by the sun. A magic moment that is still vivid in my mind. The thrilling atmosphere of a stormy day in the Alps is just pure magic.

What kind of goat has 4 horns?
4 horns are the norm for the Austrian goat breed Vierhornziege (four-horned goat).
Taken at a small zoo in Caledonia Ontario a few years back.

A big horn sheep grazes along the Iron Mountain Road in Custer State Park, South Dakota. This is one of the most interesting drives I have been on, and the scenery was very beautiful.

these pipes remind me of the alphorn, a labrophone, consisting of a straight several-meter-long wooden natural horn of conical bore, with a wooden cup-shaped mouthpiece.

Cape Horn is a rocky headland on Hornos Island, in southern Chile's Tierra del Fuego archipelago. It's surrounded by wild seas off the southern tip of South America where the Pacific and Atlantic oceans meet. The albatross-shaped Cape Horn Monument commemorates the lives of thousands of seafarers who perished attempting to sail around the cape. A secluded lighthouse and the tiny Stella-Maris Chapel are nearby.
The Horn is the most prominent and highest peak on the Mount Buffalo plateau in Victoria, Australia and has an elevation of 1,723 metres AHD.
Perched on top of granite cliffs at the edge of the Mount Buffalo plateau, The Horn is part of a unique landscape. Dotted here and there among the great boulders are the twisted, sun-bleached trunks of Snow Gums that have succumbed to bushfires over the years.
