The inscription on the pedestal reads (not untypically): "The Lord God put duties first. Only after the duties come the rights. After sowing comes reaping."
Yahusha is the Hebrew name of Jesus, and this how we better call him ( I'm talking as for believers who put their faith in Him). If you're not believer, it's not for you. But for believers who don't know, I sometimes go back to His translated name otherwise there is confusion.
The days are getting darker.
The prophecies of control are on our faces.
Yahusha is coming. I believe we are in the cusp to the timeline of the Tribulation.

Tiene setenta y seis capiteles, de los cuales cuarenta y seis representan temas sacados de las Sagradas Escrituras, o de la vida de los Santos, además de otros con temas vegetales, animales y formas geométricas.

The cloister of the abbey of Saint Pierre of Moissac (France), is one of the cloisters of greater world-wide fame of the Romanesque, it was begun at the end of century XI and finished in the year 1100, according to indicates an inscription in the west gallery of the cloister.
It has seventy-six capitals, of which forty-six represent themes drawn from the Holy Scriptures, or from the life of the Saints, as well as others with vegetal themes, animals and geometric forms.
All these capitals so artistic and so different contributed to define the Romanesque style at the end of the eleventh century. The arcades were rebuilt in the thirteenth century, where the pointed arches of the portico are seen.
As the Mughal Empire crumbled, various regional leaders declared their independence from the empire and established their autonomous principalities. The Sikhs in the northwestern region of the empire became self-governing, yet competitive rulers. Maharajah Ranjit Singh united the quarreling Sikh fiefdoms and established the Sikh Empire in 1799 with Lahore being its capital. The Sikh Empire came to an end in 1849, after being defeated and annexed by the British Empire.
Barah Dar means twelve entrances/gates/doorways. Maharajah Ranjit Singh built this structure so that the Sikh holy scriptures could be recited from here all night long. However, after Ranjit Singh's death, his succeeding rivals discontinued the practice and walled up all the entrances.

We can't be bothered to visit tourist packed beaches which were highlights of the Island hopping. Instead, we asked the boatmen to get us to any beach which is empty... there we spent few hours including lunchtime. We'd been to those places 25 years ago. The serinity and natural charm of old seemes gone. Those days tourism was yet a miniscule industry of the island. It was the time where vehicles follow the meandering dirt roads of the province down to the beaches from the capital. Now development of the island seemed has gone faster than the rest outiside Manila.
Those days it's easy to spot just a handful of backpacking tourists. We visited the small and big lagoon in 1992, we were alone at those lagoons. Now of 2018 the small lagoon entrance seemed to be jammed packed with boats to few hundreds in my calculations on that moment. It's harder to manuever with a canoe. I have to be honest, too many visitors of a nature spot diminishes the charm of the place. There's pros and cons in tourism and I hope Palawan will not follow the dreadful and predictable path of Boracay.

A pretty kaleidoscope mandala made with the Mirror Lab app made a great background for the words proclaimed by the angels at the birth is Christ Our Messiah. Using KVAD Photo Studio Prop, I added the golden frame and sparkles.

I used the Bible Lens app to place this inspirational Scripture over one of my kaleidoscope mandala designs, and then I put it through the KVAD Photo Studio app on my Note 9 to add the cute frame and the sprinkle of hearts.

There is a religious component to the Beer festival, e.g. with an inaugural procession in traditional costumes. I met this Christian group right in the middle of drunkard groups.
The girl was definitely studying the Bible.

When this project began in 2006, it was not something that I thought would be part of my living legacy; not to mention embracing a historical event that, in recent times, has placed Society on the brink of division, both socially and spiritually.
However, "leaning not to my own understanding", this particular of work has released 'friends' and gained friends...both in secular and religious circles, in kind.
I am not one to compromise my talents or faith to satisfy opinions and doctrines. My work is 'pure' - based on available data and research. Controversy is with 'men'. Truth is with God, which is why I have produced art to be what it is today. This work "The Mark At Calvary" is just one of many signature pieces that I'm either producing, or have produced, in my forty-plus years as an artist-craftsman. Collectors all over the world have obtained my works, either by word of mouth or through other sources that avoid biases -especially in the fine arts.
The reality is that these works will be part of our culture and I'm honored to be given these gifts to boldly produce work that seem 'radical' to most. The truth is these are beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces that can't be found anywhere which my letters and emails have confirmed these past few years. And for the SERIOUS art collector, they will know this truth by and by. Not just the beauty of it but the purity -regardless of subject matter.
I plan to have this work finished and it will be shown in its entirety as history has presented it. As The Lord has presented it: "Nothing broken, nothing missing."

Tedious work and much research.
There's no limit to how far an artist can push talent, especially when it comes from the Spirit. The primary formula to any creation is 'focus'. Of course there will be distractions of every kind to hinder a great work from manifesting; but it is the responsibility of the author to sideline those distractions and stay with the process -not looking at the 'time'...rather the 'finish'.
This work is timeless because of the many uncalculated hours involved. Now, we come upon the virtue of passion. It's in all of us.
How many dare to really seek it? I'm living it. It's in the work, not the philosophies or the 'opinions'; or even the intellect. The work of the hands avail much and this creation is evident of unwasted time because everything in this piece has been researched using the available historical data and facts.
The LORD said, “Behold, they are one people, and they all have the same language. And this is what they began to do, and now nothing which they purpose to do will be impossible for them. Come, let Us go down and there confuse their language, so that they will not understand one another’s speech.”

Not many artists would pursue this subject matter (in detail) which, in essence, is " the testing of their faith". I have spoken on this issue for years and find that many compromise their gifts to satisfy the general public. Some to the point of frustration and discouragement which everso saddens me.
When we are so graciously blessed with God's abundance we must follow our calling and do what is right -even when temptation try to divert our gifts and make our journey seem of no purpose, value, or challenge.
What is seen on this photostream are works that were never compromised. I have had, and continue to have the pleasure to produce exquisite pieces (regardless of subject matter), because I dare to 'be'...and I encourage other artists to do the same. Not sell out their talents to satsify a 'few' ; but to look deep within and discover the TRUE BEAUTY of their gifts and share it with the world so to be "the light" and not hide the gift in "darkness".
The Mark At Calvary is just one of several bold works I've either produced or am producing to illustrate art in a medium that few can achieve. This is what makes art interesting and beautiful; it's rare form and boldness. This is a rare form, and it is bold, and NO ONE can ever say they've seen it anywhere.
