This is a former Holiday Inn on Bristol Road near Bishop Airport in Flint. According to a local historian, Keith Moon of The Who got kicked out of this motel during a birthday party, after he crashed his car into the swimming pool.
The motel became a Days Inn in the mid-1980s, and in it last few years of life, Rodeway Inn took the westernmost guest wing. The entire complex abruptly closed in 2009, although I think the Rodeway part closed a bit later than the Days Inn part.
I'm surprised that Days Inn never saw fit to remodel it; it's still very obviously a Holiday Inn.

Among the best of the recent enhancements at the Holiday Inn Resort Montego Bay is the Sol-Mer Spa & Beauty Salon. Though small in size (1,382 square-feet), this boutique facility delivers a range of services comparable with much larger spas -- massage therapy, reflexology, waxing, scrubs, wraps, facials, manicure/pedicure, hairstyling and more. Combining spa-exclusive Pevonia Botanica products with uniquely Jamaican accents, Sol-Mer delivers a surprisingly relaxing and indulgent experience amid artfully decorated, Thai-inspired surroundings.
