There was a baby shower after church today so those of us not attending decided to go play some mini-golf. I just took my camera.
I know there is not much to look at in the shot but I love the timing. The ball is just about to drop in the hole. Score!
I was playing Tiger Woods 2007 on the XBOX 360 at our office yesterday and I had the round of a lifetime. I had to snap a couple of shots with my phone.
2 Holes in one
2 Eagles (I think)
1 Double Eagle
Finished with a 48!
There comes a time in a golfer's career when nothing else seems to matter...my moment came through on a lovely overcast day (30 April 2009) while playing with my regulars. The course was Royal Golf&Country Club, Ladkrabang, Bangkok. A moderately difficult course with somewhat faster green than most..a very well thought out course. This moderately short Par3 3rd hole was playing at approx. 166 yards via the blue tee with the pin tucked on the left of the bunker, middle of the green. A moderate right to left wind. A well struck 6th iron with a touch of draw was executed. The bunker along the right side and the front of the green had me worried for a few seconds because of fearing it to be short. However, it was a beautifully controlled trajectory and the ball landed around 4-5 feet from the flag and it just rolled in!!! I was one extremely happy golfer!!! My first ever HOLE IN ONE...;)
