I had a blast being the Conference Photog... I took about 2000 shots over the past 3 days, The 7d was a champ and handled low light shots a bit better then my T1i. Also... looking through the view finder was a big difference...

The Fundraising Golf Invitational was held on September 17th, 2012 at the Palos Verdes Golf Club in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA.
For years, Hite Beer and Jinro Soju has been supporting the UCLA’s #1 Ranked Women’s Golf team! As the main beverage and gift donation sponsor, Hite Beer and Jinro Soju provided a tasting booth at the golf club and players refreshed and reenergized themselves with samples of Hite ‘D’ Dry Finish Beer, and Hite Max Beer. Of course unlimited Jinro ‘Seok Su’ water was provided for players, as well.
After the rounds of golf, players and guests enjoyed a dinner and award ceremony, silent auction, and gift bags! Beverly Hills Porsche supplied "Hole in One" prizes for the 63rd Annual Brentwood Country Club/Jewish Federation Men's Play Day. Over 180 golfers braved the Los Angeles rain to help raise money for a great cause.
Unfortunately nobody won the Porsche Panamera or Cayenne. Hopefully next year we'll have a lucky winner!

While you cannot read the text on the sign beside this card, let me tell you that this is a shot of a hole in one prize at a tournament at our course today. I wasn't playing in the tournament, but do know the owner of the vehicle. The prize was a bit of a fun joke as the hole plays 500 yards, so naturally impossible to win.
The car is a 100% electric vehicle ... yes, 100%. It has a range of about 450 km and takes 4 hours to recharge with a 220V connection.
The value of the car is based at $125K, though I know the owner did add options to take it higher than that. Needless to say, I won't be buying one any time soon, but it is a great car to look at.
