While roaming around at Alabama Hills in Lone Pine, I stumbled upon this strange rock formation. It appeared that it wanted to give me a high five.
Lucy not only sits on command for her Temptations (cat treats), she high-fives for them. And, yes, that's my hand in the photo. This photo is all about the tripod and remote shutter release.

Little boy living in a beetle nut producing village happy to say hello. A basket of beetle nuts is in the background on the right, hopefully to give context and story.

Are they dancing? Giving each other a "high five"? Handshake? Sumo? I think this image could have so many different captions. In reality these are second-year cubs playing with each other on a string of barrier islands off the coast of Alaska.

There's a big rock just on the outside of downtown Ann Arbor that people paint and repaint (I remember back when Skylab fell it was painted as if it were a chunk of it), a painter had high fived a nearby utility pole...
Pier jumping is a popular summer pastime for kids in Crescent Beach. I didn't realize I had caught the moment until I downloaded the files into Lightroom.
