Perhaps this little one was trying to give me a high five. This is one of the babies that lives in an old shed of ours. Whenever we go inside the shed to get a tool or something they come running to watch us.

A Steller's Jay (Cyanocitta stelleri) giving everyone a Monday morning high five!

Gib fünf. Und miste aus.

I'm in the process of clearing out all kinds of things. Lots of magazines, old paper samples, print proof copies and, above all, office paperwork – yes, even books will still have to believe in them ;-) – end up in the paper garbage can. And since metal has no place in the waste paper, I neatly pulled off these old paper clips. And I will probably keep these little ones, at least the unbent ones – even if I will most likely not use them anymore. An outdated method – because: who still prints something today and then staples it together?

#CrazyTuesday / #Outdated

There was another snow event here in Paris ON. I try to get up early and shovel a few of my neighbours walkways. I am usually pretty tired after all of that and i take water and a puffer with me. I don't go hard. I get some distanced conversation from Ed across the street.

All the Teddy's stay inside warm and dry.

This isn't the sharpest picture I ever took, but I really liked the gesture and idea of celebrating something on an escalator. It also fits the narrative of going up (see last post) on my photo stream! ;)

Remembering Mili today.

Three years ago at 12, our White German Shepherd passed away in our arms.

Fom a 9 week puppy, she gave unconditional love every day of her little life.

Really sadly missed, by her sister Cali and us 💔💔💔🐾

Abstract sunset image taken in Chorillos, Lima, Peru. I do love these ICM ocean abstracts, a Lightroom edit of a previously uploaded image, increasing the saturation and contrast throughout.

If you would like an Abstract print or digital file, please send me a message.

She has finally gotten herself into pink. Only took a year or so.
