A number of flights of steps carry the pedestrian from the business district to the courthouse in Pawhuska, Oklahoma.
I went on the roof for these pictures. Obvi. But I was in my backyard and the sun was shining such beautiful light. I needed to get the ladder and climb on up their. cheesy. Well and this is the outcome, including the picture below this one. It was a little scary getting up to the roof, but coming down wasn't so bad.

Grid spot (carboard DYI variety) placed higher than the subject on a light stand and aimed downwards. Flash on high to overpower the ambient room lighting. Processed and desaturated in Adobe Lightroom.
