second attempt at portraits (gazzer is fed up so had to practice on me). finding it hard to get lighting right, and I was quite pleased with the effect here from using muslin in my conservatory, back-lit with a halogen light. it was a dark wintry night, so the fact that it looks like me nosing out of a window on a bright day was a good result for what I wanted to achieve.
