An experiment in photo editing. I took this photo because of how my coworker's headlights played off the small snowdrifts, making stark shadows and accentuating the texture.

Afterward, I worked it over in Picasa (a free photo editing program), trying to make it look as much like Viking's first photo from Mars as I could.

Wall hung bookcase with integral accent light behind shelves graze up wall.
