I made this for my little man - who is definitely a 'bizzy' bee! At first I was worried how it would turn out because I didn't have yellow heat transfer material but now I am sort of partial to the black and white!
A is for Adventure. I used heavy black cardstock to cut out stencils for the words on the Silhouette. I ran out of heat transfer, or I would've made the words out if it, too. I used black fabric paint to stencil the words into place.
My family loves train rides, so I thought this image was a good representation of the adventures we like to have when we go to see what there is to see in the world.
Heat transferred vintage design. I have handpainted soft touches of color using acrylic paints to add a watercolor effect to the design. This would make a wonderful gift for any ocassion or for yourself.

Sandia engineer Sal Rodriguez has been working for years to prove that adding dimples to things like rockets, wind turbines, cars, even heaters, makes them more efficient.
One of Sal’s latest projects is using dimples in heat transfer. Here, he looks on as technologist Robin Sharpe injects dye into the dimpled model they built, showing the way dimples accelerate heat transfer in water.
