The College of Education, Nursing and Health Professions at the University of Hartford held its fourth annual ENHP Day on April 22, 2015 to showcase student and faculty scholarly and research endeavors. The daylong event featured 108 student and faculty presentations, keynote speakers Dr. Yolanda Sealey-Ruiz (Teachers College at Columbia University) and Dr. Maria Itayra Padilha (Federal University of Santa Catarina, Brazil), conferring of the first "excellence through relevance Faculty Research Award" to Dr. Beth Taylor, an early childhood education mixer, and a fun reception for all.

On Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2022, the Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences hosted its 19th annual College Research Day. Andrew King, MD, presented the keynote, "Pain and Opioid Use Disorder: Evidence Based Approaches," and awards were presented for top student research.

Students from Seaquam, Sir Winston Churchill, Charles Best, St. Thomas Aquinas and Fraser Heights Secondary Schools won a draw and felt what it's like to hold a Nobel Prize!
