World Vegetarian Day is observed on 1st October to promote the joy, compassion, and life-enhancing possibilities of vegetarianism. It brings awareness to the ethical, environmental, health, and humanitarian benefits of a vegetarian lifestyle. The students of Grade I and II celebrated it by arranging a beautiful platter with colorful fruits and vegetables. Not only students but also parents put in a lot of effort to decorate the vegetarian plate. Students enthusiastically displayed the dishes made by them, spoke about it, and relished devouring it too. They detailed the benefits of eating fruits and vegetables, its nutritional values. It was an astounding experience for the students as well as teachers.

Today our surroundings are evolving to adapt and innovate to "the new normal", many have been severely affected in terms of their health, schedules, practices, and restrictive movements. The general observations of Covid-19 have more likely made everyone experience various degrees of anxiety, worry, and uncertainty.
Lifestyles changed completely or partially, in terms of eating, sleeping, and other regular routines leading as welcome to lifestyle diseases.
Indigestion, constipation, and digestive disorders have increased in many citizens.
These diseases can be controlled with proper diet and exercise.
