This weeks theme was difficult for me this week as i did want to make an obvious connection with the theme after my current recovery however after thinking a little thought about how i just wanted to be up and about exercising again and getting fit. For that it seemed only appropriate to use the idea of Wimbledon which just kicked off to show how i want to get back up and into the swing of things. I also thought i would change the ball into an apple as lets face it, we need to eat healthy to keep in good health as well as keeping fit. Wish i had the time to do this in the tennis court but my legs are still stopping me from driving, hopefully that will sort itself out soon. For now im off to relax after a long day. Thankfully i remembered to renew my account before it expired too. Phew! :)

Monday nights is pilates night. After class, there often ends up being a few of us wandering around Sainsbury's. Thanks to Helen and Val for doing squats with overhead arm raises in the detergent aisle.
I'm a veteran of many conference booths, but this is my first time as a 'booth babe'.
Some of you may know that I serve as an officer in the United States Air Force and that transgender individuals are still not allowed to openly serve in the US military. We all take a risk to be who we are. This weekend I was at the Philly Trans Health conference and was extremely proud to be supporting SPART*A Trans a support and advocacy organization for trans service members.

Of immediate impact to me and my family was the fabulous news released by the Air Force (www.af.mil/News/ArticleDisplay/tabid/223/Article/590656/a...) stating "Identification as transgender, absent a record of poor duty performance, misconduct, or a medically disqualifying condition, is not a basis for involuntary separation."
Huge news. But, the regs are still on the books. All the services need to get to an equal footing and policies need to be put in place for open service.

Fed up with having obstacles thrown at us, we have decided we are going to fight our mental health issues and make a huge effort to better our lives. I am sick and tired of depression and anxiety being the main focus of our lives. We know we could succeed with our photography, we certainly have that passion so we are going to try to focus on that instead.
While in Whitby, we visited the tourist board, NYMR (North Yorkshire Moors Railway), and the RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institution), to see if we could do some work for them. The tourist board were very interested in our photography and we will be contacting them today. We spoke to the NYMR and we have contacts for them, and for the RNLI we have offered to donate our images, if they have any use for them on their website.
I have set up a go fund me account, as we need a little capital to get us started, so we can go ‘full steam ahead’ and hopefully we will improve our lives by helping ourselves to get there, and have a more fulfilling life.

You may think twice about coming to this clinic for any treatment, except the treatment for boredom. No dull moments here! The Veterinarian is checking the Easter Rabbit to make sure he's ready to hide all the eggs, while the nursing staff check over the patient on the table. Another patient was treated and released after a severe injury to his ankle.
Today, health is more than getting treatment for a wound, injury, or other adverse medical condition. It may also instruct you to stay healthy with good eating habits, good hygiene, and proper exercise and rest.

One of the toughest issues in the Philippine political scene is reproductive health options. Being in a generally catholic country, the catholic church intervenes, and is a big factor, with such kinds of morality issues.
But unfortunately, we are still classified as a 3rd world country, thus, poverty and cost of living are issues that should be addressed as well.
FAVE ME means, favor me. I want the bill passed, if you're catholic (like I am) you have a choice, but choices are not protections. The best protection is loyalty.
Now, if you practice extra-marital affairs, you may be protected now by using rubber, but you wont be protected from hell.

The Golden Ratio informs a lot of my art and photographic composition. The Golden Ratio also informs the design of the golden revolver on all the swimsuits and lingerie, as well as the 45surf logo! Not so long ago, I came up with the Golden Ratio Principle which describes why The Golden Ratio is so beautiful.
The Golden Number Ratio Principle: Dr. E’s Golden Ratio Principle: The golden ratio exalts beauty because the number is a characteristic of the mathematically and physically most efficient manners of growth and distribution, on both evolutionary and purely physical levels. The golden ratio ensures that the proportions and structure of that which came before provide the proportions and structure of that which comes after. Robust, ordered growth is naturally associated with health and beauty, and thus we evolved to perceive the golden ratio harmonies as inherently beautiful, as we saw and felt their presence in all vital growth and life—in the salient features and proportions of humans and nature alike, from the distribution of our facial features and bones to the arrangements of petals, leaves, and sunflowers seeds. As ratios between Fibonacci Numbers offer the closest whole-number approximations to the golden ratio, and as seeds, cells, leaves, bones, and other physical entities appear in whole numbers, the Fibonacci Numbers oft appear in nature’s elements as “growth’s numbers.” From the dawn of time, humanity sought to salute their gods in art and temples exalting the same proportion by which all their vital sustenance and they themselves had been created—the golden ratio.

Major League Baseball has canceled the remainder of its Spring Training games, also announcing that the start of the 2020 regular season will be delayed by at least two weeks due to the national emergency created by the coronavirus pandemic.

Denver Health is one of the regions leading trauma centers. The oldtimers, including myself still call it Denver General or DG for short. Working there is not for the weak of heart or mind. They see some of the worst possible scenarios in patient care. On a brighter note, the statue of the Native American on the horse represents the areas earlier history. The Arapahoe and Cheyenne tribes would camp and trade along the banks of Cherry Creek. There were camps along here even into the early days of Denver.
More thank 3,200 people turned out for the No Kings 2.0 Rally in Vero Beach, Florida on October 18th, 2025. One of over 2,700 demonstrations that were held, with at least one protest in every state, and several taking place in other countries in support. This widespread participation highlighted the collective sentiment against fascism and the Trump Administration. Resist!

Beyond the pharmacy we find the health and beauty department, which has both wall décor and at least one hanging sign out in the actionway (I think there are one or two more of those, too, although they're evidently out of view in this image). Note the locked product case near the bottom left of the pic: not something you see every day. Or, more accurately, at every Walmart. I assume here, its presence is a combination of the fact that this is a larger store and that it may have some theft issues.
