My JVC headunit in my car -- MP3 playback including SD card support. (I usually have a 1gig in there at all times.) Also has AUX in and the best feature is the screen can be set to any RGB color day and night -- so its white in the day and dark reg at night to exactly match my car's gauges.
It's all done. Sort of feels like getting "kicked" in the back of the head every time the beat drops, pun intended. Sitting the in the back seat is good for getting any tension out of your muscles, though.
Put in a Sony headunit with BT, 4 new Kicker door speakers, this big dynamo (2 Kicker 12 inchers boxed), and got it all tuned and like we were never there in less than 12 hours.

I routed my USB/Ipod connector between the gear shift panel and the cubby box. The small connector (grey & black) is part of the Ipod connector and is used for video. There is also a mic clipped to the lid of the cubby box that is used when your phone is tethered hands-free to the Alpine. The Alpine will detect your phone every time the headunit comes on - very slick. Talk quality is very good.
