Nissan of Japan did a small series of four 'Pike cars' - low volume specials built on the Micra platform.
The model shown here is the Pao - a 3-door wagon of simple rustic design. Features included ribbed side panels, luggage door with window hatch and lower platform, and optional canvas roof (not included in this model).

The Pike factory cars included the retro 'Figaro' convertible, 'S-Cargo' compact delivery van and 'Be-1', a retro 3-door hatchback.
All four shared the Micra platform and much of its interior systems, but all were limited to production runs of approximately 50,000 units. Part of the appeal was that each model was available in a very limited palette of colours with historic association to the retro look of each car.
