Clean up insode of mold, light sanding. Prime W/high build primer. Sand/polish to a show car finish. Wax W/parting agent wax - 2 coats. Spray 2 coats of PVA. Cut glass cloth in workable sizes, mix resin/hardner "soft" - meaning slow setting - start brushing resin/glass/resin/glass, same as outside mold. Layer to desired thickness. Let cure at least overnight IN MOLD.

FAIRSCREED SL is typically applied at thicknesses of between 2 and 3mm. FAIRSCREED SL is supplied as a three pack product, consisting of Base component, Hardner component and graded Aggregate component, all preweighed and ready for mixing.

Engine cases refinished with original colour - Kawasaki Bronze Metallic. Mixed in extra hardner to recreate the matte finish and give it strength.

Here you see the final layer of 1/16" X 1" Teak. Under it is 2 layers of 1/16" X 3" Ceadar running at 45 degress to each other, with this layer running horizontal or 45 degrees to the 2 Cedar layers.
I've put on one coat of WEST Epoxy using 207 hardner. The 207 is UV resistant and clear. They'll be 3 coats of this followed bey a minimum of 3 coats of Linier Polyurethane (sp?).
This coat is only to protect it during the next stages. The final coats will be applied next spring.
