I know I have to get up out of my chair and meet the world, but when I do this happens.

That you dream away while looking at a picture. And when you wake up you find yourself back in the middle of an incredible romantic mood...

**it happens...

Let It Happen

It's always around me, all this noise

But not nearly as loud as the voice saying

"Let it happen, let it happen (It's gonna feel so good)

Just let it happen, let it happen"

It's gonna feel so good

All this running around

Trying to cover my shadow

A notion growing inside

Now all the others seem shallow

All this running around

Bearing down on my shoulders

I can hear an alarm

It must be morning

I heard about a whirlwind that's coming 'round

It's gonna carry off all that isn't bound

And when it happens, when it happens (I won't be holding on)

So let it happen, let it happen

It's gonna feel so good

It's gonna feel so good

All this running around

I can't fight it much longer

Something's trying to get out

And it's never been closer

If my takeoff fails

Make up some other story

But if I never come back

Tell my mother I'm sorry

What happens if a photographer discovers and develops his own style and starts repeating technique and motives? Is it becoming boring or does the work gain more depth? You find a new article with reflections about photographic style on the website.

I was drawing the curtains when I accidentally broke off one of the flowers from my amaryllis plant. I didn't want to throw it away so I put it in one of my little "casualty" pots, where it bloomed happily for just as long as if it had still been attached to the main stem - HMBT!

Cats does not like stormy weather, but when everything had calmed down Bastian ventured out to inspect the damage from storm Hans. He clearly wondered what had happened to his butterfly bush...

You know the type. Goes to the store just for a liter of milk. Will not take a basket in the store and dumps it all on the belt by cash register. Carries it home under arm, in the pockets, under the chin. Shit, of course, always happens. Especially, if you carry eggs. I want it to write about Pawnbrokers; well, next time. Queensglad Pawnbrokers sign seems to be of older vintage, but the Pawnbrokers are around only since 1996.

Caca pasa. I was playing around with some of the settings in my camera's menu and accidentally turned on multiple exposures. Didn't realize it until I went to my son and daughter-in-law's place a couple of days later for a "Tea, Pumpkin Carving and Games" party. My first 3 shots got combined into one triple exposure. Kind of a ghostly image, just in time for Halloween. Sometimes, mistakes can make for an interesting image.

Not sure what happened here. I was shooting for my Primordial Soup (because it sounds much better than pond scum) collection and ended up with this. But it worked. Converting to B&W helped.

and might happen in front of my camera. However, when I get there, it is no longer on such a rational level. I like to be very loose. I don't plan my pictures. I let myself go. I use the real world as my text but my unconscious as my guide :-)

This happened on a cliff over the Pacific Ocean, on an overcast morning.

It was unclear whether the Peregrine Falcon really wanted to capture the squirrel or she just made a warning: don't get near my babies. The good news is the squirrel lived and ran away.

Peregrine Falcons don't really like to eat mammals, they eat mainly birds. However, this same female Peregrine Falcon had caught a squirrel at this location couple years ago as can be seen here: www.flickr.com/photos/john_n_hoang/51228127733/in/datepos...

Thanks for stopping by.

It is Vegas. Any thing can happen. Even if you take a heavy load of Green Bucks, if unlucky, you may return after loosing your shirt and the Hat.

If you go with the Lady Luck, you may hit Jack Pot and take a big sack full of Gold and use the Monorail for your fast way out and to the Bank. Surely, any bank will take you as their partner.

The Monorail systems moves via several Casinos in the Strip of Vegas.

The supermoon on the 30th August (last Wednesday) started being visible just on the side of the Sanctuary of Christ the King (“Cristo-Rei”), located on the south bank of the Tagus River.

This shot was taken from the north bank (Lisbon) at a distance of about 4km.

The clouds disappeared just before the moon rise, but the wind remained, which didn't help the image's sharpness.

Athenatypes have been developed in tap water with a high pH-value, or also when rinsing with tap water at any stage before fixing.

To make it visible I have increased the iron stain a little in PS.

With slightly acidic developers the unexposed brushstrokes come out clean white.

“Most of the stuff people worry about never happens,”

But outside the window,

everything has already fallen apart.

Maybe it’s hope.

Maybe it’s irony.

I happened upon this amazing building and I got close to the entrance, and looked up… this building is called "The Bow", designed by Norman Foster and is located in Calgary…

A kestrel sits pretty while a rainbow colours the sky behind him.

We happened to see this little guy as he was trotting along the fence line. When he saw us sitting in our vehicle he stopped and sat down as if to say, "here is my best side" and gave me plenty of opportunity to adjust camera settings as it was rather low light being early evening time.

I happened across three people sat on a bench at the old harbour wall in Bangor County Down. The were overlooking Belfast Lough watching the sunset with the MPI adventure and support ship in their field of view.
