Cathay Pacific Airways B777-300 with new The Spirit of Hong Kong livery was departing from the runway 25L for flight to Tokyo Haneda (CX542).
Another thing I like about Japan.... the first time I noticed was my day 1 in Japan, Tokyo... I dropped my suitcase in the hotel and it was around midnight and I was hungry and went to the Lotteria around the corner. I didn't know what it was but Lotteria is the Japanese McDonalds.
Got a menu, went upstairs. 8 people or so. It was quiet, no, it was silent! Nobody was talking to eachother or on the phone. Everyone was just eating, minding their own business, working their phone and quiet. Nice!
In the Netherlands everyone is always talking. They don't say anything but they are just blablablaba. Shut up already! Say something or don't say anything.
Then I paid attention to this. In lots of places it is just quiet. This is Haneda, worlds 4th bussiest airport, waiting for our luggage. Wait. WAIT! What is there to say? You are waiting for your luggage. There is nothing to be said, so wait.... and shut up!
