This little shopping area at the departures lobby of Haneda Airport looks like it could just as easily be part of a space ship. This image was taken using my 24mm PC-E lens, shifted up to maintain my perspective.
This is the last shot I took in Tokyo and marks the end of the holiday. This was a nice moment. I just got back from the All Nippon Airways (ANA) aircraft maintenance facility tour. Shot some great pictures in the hangar but can't publish these yet as I have to get permission from ANA first.
So the walk back from the facility to the Tokyo Monorail was 15 min and it was my last event in Tokyo. It was finished and it was a fantastic three weeks and I was so happy and a little stressy as I had to catch the Monorail to terminal 2, collect my two suitcases from the storage, find an mailbox and send back the pocket wifi, eat some food, figure out how to get from Haneda to Narita (with two suitcases in Tokyo rush hour) in time to catch my flight back to Doha and Amsterdam at 22:20 hours while inhaling my last Japanese kerosine fumes.

Took Chizuko to the airport this evening, as she's headed up to Hokkaido for the weekend to score some great powder!
