Took Chizuko to the airport this evening, as she's headed up to Hokkaido for the weekend to score some great powder!
Just me and the boys back in Tokyo this weekend while she carves it up in the Niseko backbowls!

Went there with the boys so they could enjoy watching the planes takeoff (as most kids do!).
I just passed the time searing my eyeballs trying to get shots of the Sun behind planes ;-)
This is my favorite plane shot of all I took, but Chizuko likes the one after this, so have posted both to let the Flickr Community decide ;-)
HKU departing from Haneda for the very last time... I was on board the inbound flight and didn't know at the time that this ex- Singapore Airlines 747 would be leaving the Cathay fleet just a few days later.
Appropriately, HKU meets a former SQ "colleague" here...
