Macro Mondays 11/06/18 theme Hand Tool
For this set up I scored the glass first then propped it up with the cutter so you get an underside view of the cutter at work.HMM
Hello my amazing Flickr friends !
Today is an orange day at Color my World Daily. The theme at Crazy Tuesday is Hand Tools. And of course we have Mr. Teddy Bear with us in order to celebrate Happy Teddy Bear Tuesdays.
Princess and Teddy Bear planed to make a huge omelette. They got a fresh chicken egg. I know, it looks more like an ostrich egg compared to Princess and Teddy but don’t be fooled ! Princess and Teddy are miniatures but they have huge hearts and even bigger personalities ! And of course, they can eat a lot ! We all have that one tiny and very slim friend who eats like a horse without gaining any weight, and that is exactly how Princess and Teddy are.
Of course, making an omelette for miniatures requires some hand tools. As you can see Princess is ready with her whisk (which was made all by myself !!!) and Teddy has his lucky axe and a screwdriver to crack the eggshell. They had to borrow Red Lady’s ladder since their egg is a flying one…
And now, lets use all those hand tools and make a delicious omelette. Unfortunately I will have to leave the party early since I have another video meeting this morning !! Just save me some of that omelette please !! See you later !!
Mucho, mucho amor for you all !!
Thank you so much for all your lovely comments / favs/ general support / happy thoughts!! Stay safe and well!!
An old wrench I found in the attic. What you need it for? No idea. But as a photo motive he was good to use. I have removed the large amount of dirt, and the rust applied over many years makes it particularly photogenic.
– Thank you for visits, comments and favs!
Da passt doch etwas nicht . . .
I was down at the auto repair shop the other day. When I mentioned to the mechanic that I had a toothache, he said that he’d be happy to yank that sucker out for me. “Lie down right here and open wide,” he said. “I’ve got just the tool to do it.” ;-)

Thanks for your visit. HCT! :)
Ein sehr altes Schweizer Messer, ich benutze es schon seit 50 Jahren.
A very old swiss army knife, I've been using it for 50 years.
Beschnitten, weil es nicht den Regeln entsprach und danach wieder zur Gruppe zugefügt. Ich hoffe, so ist es jetzt okay.
Cropped, because it did not correspond to the rules. And then again added to the group. I hope so it's okay now.
HMM-- the macromondays theme for today 6/11 is "hand tools".
this might have been cool with a couple small pieces of thread ~grin~
I keep this in the silverware drawer to use almost daily on jars or lids or other such frustrating things. I think this makes me much more gentle than tossing something across the room, don't you?
Back after I ask my significant other what the proper name of this is, if you're interested.
Ah, a pair of duck-billed pliers with which to grip, bend, and twist small things. Small enough for my smallish hand.
"Nanuq", the Polar Bear and his assistant, "TinyBear" try to open the Honey Pot using a vintage paw drill. Not known yet whether they will be successful to come to the liquid gold
